Aaron holds specialized certifications from the SysAdmin, Audit, Network and Security (SANS) Institute and has spoken at numerous security conferences and meetups. He currently serves as vice president of the central Missouri chapter of Infragard, a partnership between the private sector and the FBI dedicated to sharing information and intelligence to prevent hostile acts against the United States. At the University of Missouri, Aaron serves as a security analyst for the central information technology division and he teaches the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Department’s cyber security course. In addition to his duties at MU, Aaron provides pro-bono IT and forensic analysis support to small businesses in the Columbia area. He also volunteers his time to assist with various security conferences across the country.
